1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders across Egypt, including Cairo, Alexandria, and all major cities and governorates.
We’re working on expanding our delivery zones soon — stay tuned for updates on new areas.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Fridays and public holidays).
• During special offers, sales, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.
• You’ll receive an SMS or WhatsApp confirmation once your order has been verified and dispatched.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier conditions.

4. Shipping Fees

• Cairo & Giza: 70 EGP
• Other Governorates: 80 EGP
• Free Shipping for orders above 900 EGP 🎁
  (Prices may vary slightly based on courier rates or promotional offers.)

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send you:

• A tracking number or link (if applicable)
• A WhatsApp or email update with the courier details
  You can always reach out to our support team for live updates on your delivery status.

6. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails because:

• The address provided was incorrect, or
• The courier couldn’t reach you after two attempts
  → The order will be returned to Nooré, and you may be charged a re-delivery fee for a second attempt.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging every order.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package so we can help right away.
